Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Creating an account takes less than 2 minutes. Click "Get Started" from any page, provide your full name, email address, and choose a secure password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and access your dashboard immediately.
What documents do I need for verification?
To comply with international financial regulations, we require a government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) and a recent proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence). All documents must be clearly legible and unedited.
How long does verification take?
Most verifications are processed within 24 hours during business days. In peak periods, it can take up to 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is fully verified. Basic deposit functionality is available while your verification is pending.
Account & Security
How is my money protected?
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier-1 banking partners, completely separate from our operational capital. We maintain bank-grade 256-bit AES encryption across all data transmissions, and our infrastructure undergoes regular third-party security audits. Your assets are never commingled with company funds under any circumstances.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) as well as SMS verification. You can enable 2FA from your Account Security settings after logging in. Once active, you'll need your second factor for all sign-ins and withdrawal requests.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each individual may hold one personal account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect the integrity of our platform. If you need separate investment strategies, you can manage multiple portfolios within a single account. Corporate and institutional accounts are available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfers, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and select cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payment availability varies by region. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
How long do deposits take?
Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after network confirmations (typically 10–30 minutes). Card payments are usually instant. Bank wire transfers take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and region. You'll see the pending deposit in your dashboard immediately, and we'll notify you once the funds are confirmed.
What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?
The minimum deposit is $100 USD (or equivalent). Maximum deposit limits depend on your verification tier and chosen investment plan. Fully verified accounts with our premium tier can deposit up to $500,000 per transaction. Contact our support team if you need to arrange larger transfers.
How do I withdraw my funds?
Navigate to the Withdrawals section in your dashboard, select your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm with your 2FA code. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfers arrive in 2–5 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast within 1 hour of approval.

Your capital is allocated by our team of certified portfolio managers using quantitative models and fundamental analysis. We employ systematic rebalancing, risk monitoring, and hedging strategies. You'll have full visibility into your portfolio allocation, performance metrics, and trade history through your real-time dashboard.
What fees do you charge?
We operate on a transparent fee structure: a small annual management fee (varies by plan tier, starting at 1.5%) and a performance fee on profits exceeding your plan's benchmark.
